  • materials are made available

At this stage, the service enters active use.


Refund Conditions

  • refunds are available only before access is granted
  • once content is accessed, refunds are not applicable
  • completed consultations are non-refundable

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued in cases where:

  • content has already been viewed or downloaded
  • guidance has been provided
  • dissatisfaction is based on personal expectations
